How much does it cost to ship to my home?
It depends on where you live and how many you ordered.
Hong Kong - FREE Shipping over $20.
International - $15-$60 depends on total weights of all items. A flat rate to order over 5kgs, the more you order, the lower cost it does. We ship the order via Hong Kong Post Airmail. You will get a tracking number to follow.
You will get the exact rate in the checkout payment (before you submit the order).
How long does it take to ship and arrive me?
It depends on when you placed the order. We will ship your order in 1-3 working days. Our warehouse is closed on weekend and HK public holidays.
Hong Kong: 1 - 3 days
International: 1 - 4 weeks
I am urgent to get my order, any express service?
Yes, we can ship in stock item in the same day. (Not for custom made item). You must execute the order before 1pm (GMT+8). We will deliver your order in express service but please note the cost may even higher than the product itself.
Hong Kong: We ship by SF Express or local courier service, you will receive your order on next day. The up charge starting from $10 depends on your quantity.
International: We ship by DHL or similar express service, you will receive your order in 2-5 days. The up charge starting from $40 depends on your quantity.
Do I need to pay the VAT, import fee and/or custom fee?
Where delivery address is outside the Hong Kong and China, you may be liable to pay additional tax or duty once the Goods reach your country. This may vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Do your products have warranty?
Yes. Our products have 3 months to life time limited warranty from the date of purchase. If you ordered from our reseller, please ask for the invoice.
The order gets damaged during the shipping process, what can I do?
If you received a damaged order because the careless of shipping process, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged products. Fill in the Warranty form within 7 days after you receive the parcel. We will arrange replacement to you.
How do I claim the warranty?
In case manufacturing defect is found in our materials and workmanship, we will provide free repair or replacement. However, the warranty does not cover Improper use, vandalism, alteration or accidental damage or loss. Please fill-in the Warranty form to access your warranty.
If you are not sure your qualify, please send couple of photos to email@example.com and we will take a look.
Please keep your original purchase receipt in case we may ask you to present during return to repair.
How long does the claim warranty takes?
Please allow 3 to 10 days depends on your information provided.
My bag becomes soft touching and dirty, is it normal?
It is normal after day by day using. We used the durable materials to ensure the bag last a long as possible. Please understand the sun (UV) and rains will weaken the fabric.
I bought a brand new product on ebay or second hand market, do I get warranty?
No. If you get the product out of our resellers, the warranty does not covered. We suggest you return the product to where you purchase.
I received a products as a gift and I don't have an invoice, how do I get warranty?
We need authorized invoice to all warranty. However, please email us and explain your situation, we will do our best to help.
Can I repair my bag even it is over the warranty time?
We love our products and as you do. If your products have already passed the warranty time, we still provide repair service in reasonable cost. Please email us for quotation.
What is your return policy?
Buying from fordmasports.com is risk-free. You can return any products (except custom made order) ordered from Fordma website if you aren't completely satisfied within 30 days of receipt. The return item must be unused, unwashed, has the original packaging and just like what we delivered. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is defective. Please contact us for details and instruction before sending it back.
Custom made order is individually doing for you, we cannot reuse or resell it and no return is accepted.
Can I try the product before ordering it?
Yes. Welcome to our workshop or authorized resellers nearby you.
Can you explain how to use your product?
Yes. We made videos showing the features of our products. Please go to our media centre. If you can't find the product which you are interesting. Please email us.
Can I add my name on the bag?
Yes, you can add your name and/or graphic on a custom made bag. Please go to custom made program to learn how to work it out.
How to clean my bag?
Our bag is cleanable. Every bags have padded inside, please do NOT put into the washing machine. HAND WASH is a must. Cordura nylon fabric just simple spot cleaned or wiped down with water to remove the dirty. Other fabric just put the bag into a bucket of water, adding a little bit soft washing powder or dishwashing liquid to clean it. Do not shrink the bag which may damage the zipper or materials. Dry it by hanging under the shadow.
If I want to do a bag out of your custom made option, what can I do?
Designing a bag and produce small runs of custom order is expensive and take a long time process. In most cases, the price may out of your expectation. Please email us if you really want to do one.

3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices listed on the Website are correct at the time of publication however we reserve the right to alter these in the future. Prices are inclusive of the relevant sales tax but exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to your order.
3.2. The total price for Goods or Services ordered, including delivery charges, will be displayed on the Website when you place your order. Full payment must be made before Goods are despatched or Services provided.
3.3. You must pay for your order before it is delivered and you can do so by debit or credit card. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your debit/credit card details will be encrypted to prevent the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the internet. 4.4. No refunds of the delivery charge are made for late deliveries.

6. Cancellation and Returns
6.1.1 You must notify us immediately if you decide to cancel your order preferably by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number.
6.1.2 Goods: The time limit for notification of cancellation is 1 calendar day following receipt by you of the Goods. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop your order once we receive notice of cancellation as the Goods may already have been despatched. In these cases the Goods will need to be returned to us.
6.1.3 Services: The time limit for notification of cancellation is 2 calendar days from the day you ordered and paid for the Services unless you have requested us to commence the Services before the expiry of this period in which case the cancellation period expires when we begin providing the Services to you.
6.1.4 Once we have heard from you that you wish to cancel your order within the stipulated time period we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount within 14 days which includes the initial delivery charge (where applicable) which you paid for the delivery of the Goods or the Services, as applicable.
6.1.5 You must ensure that the Goods are returned to us at our address given above at your cost immediately by courier in good condition and unused.
6.1.6 If you cancel a contract on this basis and you do not return the Goods to us, we may recover the Goods and charge you for the costs we incur in doing so. Similarly, if you return the Goods at our expense, we may recover that expense from you.
6.2 Returns where Goods are faulty:
6.2.1 Please email email@example.com to inform us of your wish to return Goods quoting your order number. You must ensure that the Goods are returned to us at your cost immediately by courier in good condition and unused.
6.2.2 The cost of collecting or returning the Goods to us must be paid by you unless we agree that the Goods are faulty or damaged upon receipt by you. All refunds or re-credits will be undertaken within 14 days of notification of return.
6.2.3 We try to select and package the Goods as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if the Goods arrive damaged or not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the Goods to us within 14 days of receipt.
6.3 We recommend that all returned or cancelled Goods are returned using a reputable courier such as Speed Post, SF Express and DHL.
6.4 Unless the Goods are faulty or damaged, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns on personalised/made to order or perishable Goods.
